How to Use Your QuickBizDocs Tool (Step-by-Step Guide)

Whether you're using one of our calculators, trackers, planners, or other tools, this guide will walk you through exactly how to get started and use your file with confidence.

Our tools are designed to be simple, flexible, and fully yours—no accounts, no subscriptions, no complicated setup.

What You Received

Your purchase includes a self-contained tool file or app file (usually an .html file) that runs directly on your device.

That means:

• No installation required
• No internet required (after download)
• No data stored on our servers

Everything stays 100% local to you.

Step 1: Open Your Tool

On Desktop (Recommended)

1. Download your .html file
2. Locate the file on your computer
3. Double-click the file to open it in your browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.)

That’s it—your tool will launch instantly.

On Mobile or Tablet

Mobile devices don’t reliably open HTML files directly the way that computers do. For the best experience on mobile:

1. Open the access link provided in your download flyer
2. Use Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android)
3. (Optional) Add it to your home screen:
   1. Tap the Share button
   2. Tap “Add to Home Screen”

Now your tool works like an app on your phone.

Step 2: Start With the “Start Here” Tab

When your tool opens, go straight to the Start Here tab.

2. Save the backup file to your computer or cloud storage

Step 5: Import Your Data

3. Select your saved backup file

Your data will instantly reload into the tool.

• Explore features before adding your own data

You can clear or overwrite demo data at any time.

How to Move Your Tool to Another Device

To use your tool on a different device:

1. Export your data (from your current device)
2. Transfer both:
   • The tool file
   • Your backup file
3. Open the tool on the new device
4. Import your backup

You’ll be right where you left off.

How to Update Your Tool

If you download an updated version:

1. Open the new version
2. Import your latest backup file
